My Favorite Sitharist

One of my favourite musical instruments to play is the sitar. It is one of the most difficult musical instruments to learn and play. It took me a considerable amount of time to learn it too. I like the sweet sound that comes out when playing the sitar.

I often listen to the sitar of different sitar players. Among them, my favourite sitar player is Anouska Shankar.
She began studying sitar, Indian classical music at the age of 09 under 
the tutelage of her father, Pandith Ravishankar. She has come a long way since then.

She is a veteran sitar player and also a filmmaker. She is also the youngest and first female recipient of the British Common Helth Shield. She was also the first Indian musician to be nominated for a live performance at the Grammy Awards and the first Indian woman to be nominated. 
She also regularly works with organisations such as UNHCR and Help Refugees to raise funds and raise awareness for the refugee crisis.

Some of her music albums include Travel, Traces of you, Raise, Land of gold. She has been nominated for seven Grammy Awards.

Speaking of her sitar playing, I feel like her music speaks to the eternal past as well as the immediate future. Her every star playing makes the listener feel sensitive.In fact, her talent for playing the sitar is amazing.

That's why she's my favourite sitar player.❤️

Soldier's return

Its been a long year since this is the only time of the year where all soldiers go to meet their loved ones, we call it the ending yet governments call it the victory. Battles are over, half of the world is still burning to ashes. I stll have miles to travel, just to see a person. Not being dead alone is a victory on our side. The train tracks drive the almighty brazen bull to the village and we all burn inside. I got off the train, my suit was a bit stained. I looked around , I could not see her. Anxiety rises in my heart, I can feel my heart beating. Honestly it is already beaten to the point where a human and a soldier are just one sculpture. After giving details about Eric Clapton, I decide the introduce another guitarist I prefer . He's nobody else he's Slash. His real name is Saul Hudson. He was born on 23rd July 1965. His mother, Ola J. Hudson, was a US-born black fashion and costumier whose clients included David Bowie, Starr, and Joplin. His father is Anthony Hudson.  He's a white English artist who created album covers for musicians like Neil Young and Joni Mitchell. Commenting on his mixed background, Slash noted, "As a musician, it always amused me to be both British and Black; especially because numerous American musicians appear to be British while numerous British musicians were within the especially sixties tried so hard to be black.
